Luka Modric is set to commit his long-term future to Spurs by signing a new long-term contract at White Hart Lane, reports claim.
The London Evening Standard is reporting that terms have been agreed for the Croatian midfield star to put pen to paper on a new deal at the end of the current campaign, which could make him the club's first £100,000-a-week player - but only if Harry Redknapp's side finish in the Premier League top four.
Modric's current contract expires in 2016 but Tottenham are said to be hopeful that he will extend it by at least another 12 months.
The midfielder was the subject of three bids from Chelsea in the summer and looked to have been significantly unsettled by the interest from Stamford Bridge but he has once again proved to be one of Spurs' key performers this season, helping his side to within three points of the fourth-placed Blues and with a game in hand.
