An Enfield table-tennis youth team have qualified for the finals of the London Youth Games next month.
The borough’s female side will participate in Europe’s largest annual youth sports event after coming through qualifying rounds at the Redbridge Leisure Centre.
Athletes are aged from seven to 18 and are residents from all 33 London boroughs and 26 National Governing Bodies.
Over 100,000 youngsters will compete for two days in 81 competitions across 30 different sports.
The finals will begin at the National Sports Centre in Crystal Palace on Saturday, July 5.
