Tottenham have temporarily handed first team coaching duties to Tim Sherwood, Les Ferdinand and Chris Ramsey after Andre Villas-Boas left White Hart Lane yesterday.
Sherwood is highly rated at Spurs after impressing with the club's youth teams and it is being widely reported that he may be given the job either until the end of the season or on a permanent contract.
Should Sherwood be given the job permanently? Should he be given the job on an interim basis at least until the end of the season? Or should he only be a stop-gap measure for the time being until the club find another candidate?
