In response to Jo Hamilton’s remarks (‘No confidence in the Conservatives’, Opinion, January 7) that the urgent care centre at Chase Farm is not fit for purpose, I wonder if she has in fact used the centre.
I had the misfortune of severing the nerves in a finger and could not stop the bleeding.
I was advised by a local GP to attend the urgent care centre.
The treatment I received was quick, effective and very professional. I was in and out, finger stitched, all within 45 minutes.
Thank you to all the staff at the urgent care centre.
