We are the health and social care watchdog organisation for Enfield and our team of volunteers help us carry out our work.
Our community engagement volunteers help us reach out into local communities to find out about people’s experience of health and social care.
Our specially trained enter and view volunteers go into hospital wards, nursing and care homes to talk to residents and observe the quality of care being provided.
