As a resident of Enfield, I would like to highlight and hear other residents responses regarding any issues with council tax or housing, the automated system of contact and the struggle to gain any consistency to support, which includes lengthy timescales.

This in itself causes alot of inconvenience, a trail of debt and threatening letters or fines.

I am not just segregating benefit claimers here, people who work too, like myself, are being given the runaround.

During the time lapses of gaining no forward motion, people are told they are too late with requested information to get support. Then have to appeal.

I wonder how many residents are encountering the same or similar issues.
