STUDENTS from Denmark and Southgate joined together to play global bingo as part of a cultural exchange visit last week.
The 50 pupils from North Jutland Business School Skive visited Southgate College on Thursday, September 23, for the third annual conference on community involvement.
The two colleges have a long standing educational partnership, and there are regular visits for pupils throughout the year.
The Danish students took in the sites of central London before the conference, in the Gladys Child Theatre at the college, to share experiences of working in the community and volunteering.
Lone Broberg Jensen, leading tutor of the Danish students, said: “Our students learn so much from each other and the Southgate students are model citizens looking after us.”
