Four-mile delays through Edmonton due to Fore Street Tunnel accident

Four-mile delays are stretching through Edmonton due to an accident at the entrance of Fore Street Tunnel.
The accident happened at approximately 1pm on the North Circular Road's eastbound carriageway at the junction with Fore Street.
The entire tunnel was closed for approximately an hour, but one of the two lanes reopened at 2.20pm.
Traffic is extremely slow from the tunnel to Colney Hatch.
