David Burrowes has successfully held onto his seat in Enfield Southgate.
The Conservative candidate, who has been MP since 2010, beat old foe Cllr Bambos Charalambous for the second time, gaining 22,624 votes.
Labour cut the Conservative majority to 4,753 but it was not enough to deny the Tory a third term as MP.
