Woman arrested for drink driving after she was caught on CCTV stumbling into her car
A woman was arrested for drink driving after she was spotted stumbling along the street before getting into her car.
The woman was spotted on CCTV staggering along London Road, in Enfield, at 4.09am on January 11. She then got into her car.
Enfield Borough Council's cabinet member for environment and community safety, Councillor Chris Bond, said: "It's incredibly irresponsible to drink and drive, luckily with the help of our CCTV operators, the police were able to apprehend this woman before she could harm herself or others."
