A heart charity is urging people in Enfield to donate bags of unwanted items.
The British Heart Foundation, which has a shop in Green Lanes, Palmers Green is hoping its ‘Bag it. Beat it’ campaign will fund research into heart disease.
BHF retail director Mike Taylor said: “We’re urging everyone in Enfield to have a clear out this September and to donate bags of unwanted items to their local BHF shop to Bag it. Beat it. Your unwanted items will raise vital life-saving funds, helping little heroes continue to fight congenital heart disease.”
People will be able to drop off their bags to the shop in Palmers Green at any time during September.
