Potentially lethal drugs have been stolen from a van in Edmonton.
Two men, described as eastern European, raided the back of a van parked outside a pharmacy in Fore Street, Upper Edmonton at 5.35pm yesterday.
Six blue plastic boxes containing 20 to 23 boxes of the drug Enbrel were stolen.
Each box contained four pre-filled syringes.
Police are warning anyone who may come into contact with the drug that it might be instantly fatal if injected into the bloodstream or administered incorrectly.
Each box is valued at £1,100 and the estimated total value is £151,000
The men made off in a white Ford Transit van with a registration believed to be LA07 WUD.
Police are appealing for anyone who has taken the drug to call London Ambulance Service on 999 immediately.
