Saracens will turn their attention to the defence of their Premiership title as they prepare for a trip to London Irish tomorrow afternoon.
Sarries are currently second in the table but only ahead of Leicester Tigers due to having more wins this season.
The Men in Black face a battle with Richard Cockerill’s side to finish in the top two and secure a home semi-final in the play-offs. But director of rugby Mark McCall is confident his side will quickly recover from their defeats against Harlequins and Clermont Auvergne this weekend.
“I think they’re a pretty resilient bunch and they’ve come through that game [Clermont] relatively unscathed,” McCall said.
“It’s a six-day turnaround against London Irish so it’s a big ask for the squad but I have every confidence in this group of people that we’ve got.”
