BELLY dancing, ferret racing and a competition to find who looks the most like their dog were big hits at a May fair.
People flocked to the event, ruin by the Friends of Swaines Green, on Saturday, April 29.
Reverend Bryony Morrison won the dog show with a twist, where Epping Mayor Les Burrowes determined she looks the most like her pooch.
Punch and Judy shows and donkey rides were also held.
The event, now in its 16th year, was supported by the 1st Theydon Garnon Scouts and the 414 Epping & North Weald Squadron Air Training Corp.
Jacqui Mortimer, vice chairman of the Friends of Swaines Green, said: “It was great to see so many families having a good time. My thanks go to the local people who made this such a wonderful traditional day out and to the Friends of Swaines Green Committee and helpers who worked so hard to make it happen.”
