Garston Ladies suffered a 3-1 defeat in the first round of the FA Women’s Cup at home to Colney Heath on Sunday.

The visitors opened the scoring before a mistake in their defence saw Garston equalise after a cross was deflected in. Continued pressure from Heath in the second half was rewarded with two more goals to secure their progress.
