Spurs and England defender Steven Caulker will have the ban imposed after the Euro 2013 playoff match against Serbia appealed by the FA.
Caulker, and teammate Tom Ince, were found guilty by UEFA of brawling with Serbia players amid ugly scenes after a Euro 2013 play off match in October.
The Tottenham centre-half was handed a two-match ban while Ince was suspended for one game but the FA will now appeal the decision.
