Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall was disappointed with his side’s 9-9 draw with Leicester Tigers and insists it was two points dropped.

Saracens came back from 9-3 down at half-time as a match blighted by handling errors failed to live up to its billing.

McCall said: “It was definitely two points dropped.

“It was more our missed opportunities that let Leicester back in the game rather than them doing something good.

He added: “They were the team who were hanging on in the last 20 minutes of the match - we were dominant in most areas even if that isn’t reflected in the score board.”
