New Salamis are now the leading scorers in the country at Step Six level after they added to their 10-1 win over Ampthill Town last week with a 2-0 success over league leaders St Panteleimon.
Last Wednesday's thrashing of mid-table Ampthill took Salamis to the top of the scoring leaderboard, while their win over the league's top side cuts the gap between the pair to just three points.
A goal in each half from Phil Lowen and Harrison Georgiou secured what proved to be a comfortable win for Salamis against St Panteleimon.
Their opponents still lead the way in the table and have the luxury of a game in hand, but the once runaway leaders are now being pushed all the way for promotion to the Premier Division.
Last week, meanwhile, there were hat-tricks for both Charlie Georgiou and Arti Krasniqi as Salamis completely outclassed Ampthill.
Denis Mehmet was also on the scoresheet twice while there were single goals for Andreas Loizou and George Lutaaya.
Next up for Salamis is the visit of Shefford Town & Campton tomorrow night at 7.45pm.
