Enfield athlete TJ Ossai secured a bronze medal at the World Masters Championships in Torun, Poland recently.
Ossai also broke the world record on the way to gold in the 4x200m relays with teammates Richard Beardsell, Bret Rund and Dominic Bradley.
The 11-time world masters champion competed in the M40 category at the championships, with gold in his solo race going to Olympic silver medallist Francis Obikwelu and silver to Lionel Martinez.
Ossai combines his competing with being the chairman at the Be Fit Today Track Academy, based at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre in Edmonton and the Jim Peters Stadium in Barking.
