Tottenham will receive a huge boost tonight as Younes Kaboul looks set to make a long-awaited return from injury in Spurs' Under-21s match against West Ham.
The commanding centre half has not played since the opening day of the season when he aggravated a knee injury that was expected to keep him out until January.
The 27-year-old is believed to be included in the Under-21s squad tonight and should he come through unscathed, could be available for the first team within a fortnight.
Tottenham's away trip to Basle on Thursday will almost certainly come too soon for Kaboul but it is not inconceivable the Frenchman could make a comeback against Manchester City on April 21.
