Spurs are locked in a head to head battle with AC Milan to sign highly-rated Brazilian playmaker Felipe Anderson, according to talkSport.
Anderson is the latest graduate of Santos' much-heralded academy system that has in recent years produced the likes of Robinho, Neymar and Diego.
The 19-year-old has been capped for Brazil at Under-17 and Under-20 level already and Milan and Spurs are believed to be at the front of a long queue of European clubs interested in the youngster.
