A father and son charged with murder appeared in court yesterday.
Minicab driver Suleyman Tonbul, 54, his son Hasan Tonbul, 25, both of Grange Road, Upper Edmonton, appeared at the Old Bailey yesterday via videolink from Pentonville prison.
In court with them was Mehmet Senel, 23, of Wood Mead, Grange Road, Tottenham .
All three have been charged with murder and conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm in connection with the shooting of Ali Armagan, 32 in Turn Pike Lane on February 1.
No plea was entered and all three were remanded in custody, and are due to appear in court again in November.
Earlier this year Younis Sagir, 22, of Wood Green, and Ozan Toprak, 27, of Tottenham were charged for the same offence, with both due to appear at the Old Bailey for trial date is set for 4 February 2013.
