More than 60 adults with learning difficulties and other needs took part on a Paralympic inspired sporting event.
Contestants aged between 19 and 70 took part in a number of events in the competition organised by Enfield Council on Friday.
Events included mini hurdles, long jump, shot put, hammer, javelin, 100metres, walking, wheelchair race at the Lea Valley Centre, in Picketts Lock, Edmonton.
Medals and awards were given to winners of the races and the council hopes the day will promote healthy lifestyles for everyone regardless of disabilities.
