Staff at a Clinton Cards store in Enfield Town face an uncertain future after the chain not included in a rescue buyout package.
Zolfo Cooper, which bought the firm out of administration last month, agreed the sale of 397 Clinton Cards and Birthdays stores to American company Lakeshore Lending Ltd yesterday.
But the store in Palace Gardens still remains under control of Zolfo Cooper and may close if another buyer cannot be found, meaning employees will be made redundant.
