A WOMAN who died last night when hit by a train in Enfield has been named as 20-year-old Misty Braithwaite.
Ms Braithwaite, from Harlow in Essex, had been out with friends for the evening when she was hit by the 10.33pm train from Stratford to Bishops Stortford as it passed through a level crossing in Brimsdown.
British Transport Police continue to investigate the circumstances of her death, but say it is not being treated as suspicious.
Five of Ms Braithwaite's friends, who were at the level crossing in Green Street just before 11pm last night when it happened, have been interviewed by officers.
Police have urged anyone with information to help their investigation to come forward.
