AN elderly man who was attacked in Muswell Hill woodlands has died in hospital.
Victor Parsons, 67, passed away at an east London hospital on February 25 last week.
A post-mortem carried out on February 28 was inconclusive and futher tests are being done to establish cause of death.
It follows the arrest of Ali Koc, 29, of Lightfoot Road, Hornsey, who was charged with GBH and attempted murder on February 5.
Mr Koc also stands accused of the attempted murder of an 84-year-old man in Queen's Wood, near Wood Vale, on January 31, and two other attacks.
A 63-year-old man was attacked near Wood Vale on January 28 and a 37-year old man was attacked in Wood Green.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey for a Plea and Case Management Hearing on May 17.
