LEE Valley Regional Park will host three events this weekend. On Saturday, at 7pm, there will be a lecture and practical sessions focusing on the natural history and ecology of moths. The event takes place at Myddelton House Gardens, Bulls Cross, Enfield.
On Sunday, the same venue will host a charity open day, with a proportion of money raised going towards local community and church projects. It takes place from noon until 4pm.
Also on Sunday, bird watchers can join the Friends of Tottenham Marshes to look for summer breeding visitors. It takes place from 9.30am to 11.30am at Tottenham Marshes, Watermead Way, Tottenham. Booking is advised. Telephone: 020 8808 1341.
