Children will don England strips for World Cup-themed procession
CHILDREN will kit themselves out in football-themed garb this Friday in a World-Cup themed walk to school this morning.
The 400 Oakthorpe primary school children, who will walk in line, will don England strips and paint their faces with crosses of St George to school this Friday May 21 as part of national Walk to School week.
The children will form a walking train from Tottenhall Sports Ground, Southgate, to their school in Tile Kiln Lane from 8.15am.
