A MAN charged with shooting a man dead in Tottenham is due to appear in court this morning.
Unemployed Michael Barracks, 37, of Chichester Road, Lower Edmonton, was been charged with killing Damion Blair in Tottenham High Road, on February 13.
He is due to appear at the Old Bailey.
Mr Blair, 26, of Park Avenue, Wood Green, was found suffering from gunshot wounds outside the Too Sweet Caribbean restaurant, sometime before 1am.
Detectives believe he had been inside the restaurant before the shooting.
He was taken to hospital, but died shortly after arriving there.
A post mortem at Tottenham mortuary gave the cause of death as gunshot wounds to the upper body.
