The firm said that the Somewhere by Nico location in Edinburgh would be an "immersive cocktail venue that aims to reinvent the traditional bar experience by combining multisensory, mixology and storytelling."

The first of these Somewhere by Nico bars opened in Glasgow in January of this year.

This comes after the opening of 16 Six by Nico restaurants across the UK since 2017 and six years since the chain started operating in Scotland's capital.

Discussing the new "experience", the company said: "With storytelling at the heart of the experience, guests are transformed into adventurers, with mixologists becoming the narrator, through enhanced narratives in every drink.

"Its mystical decor will transport you to a dream world that will challenge all your senses throughout a carefully curated two hour cocktail experience for £65pp."
