A teenager is fighting for his life after he was stabbed in the stomach.
Metropolitan Police says it was called to reports of a stabbing in Grand Parade, Green Lanes, around 9pm on Monday, April 12.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and found a 16-year-old boy with a stab injury to his stomach.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
His condition is being treated as life-threatening, police said.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish whether this attack may be linked to a nearby incident in Parkland Walk in Finsbury Park which happened around the same time where a man was robbed.
The suspect, described as a black male, slim build, dressed all in black with a grey man bag was chased by officers, but ran off towards upper Tollington Road.
A discarded a bag containing a firearm was found at the location.
A large crime scene remains in place and enquires continue.
No arrests have been made.
