Garbage has started to pile up after numerous individuals illegally dumped rubbish in the same spot.
Over the last month rubbish has begun to pile up in Green Link Path, Walthamstow.
Waltham Forest Council CCTV cameras have caught several people illegally dumping rubbish in the same spot.
The council has released the footage in a bid to catch the perpetrators and dissuade people from continuing to flytip in the area.
A council spokesperson said: "Cameras caught several people adding to a fly tip on Green Link Path, Walthamstow, in late January. It shows how one piece of litter can quickly become two, then three, then four - and then more. As Waltham Forest will collect up to five bulky items free of charge there really is no excuse for this laziness."
Residents can report fly tipping, fly posting, and dog fouling direct council crews for swift clearance using online chatbot @WFTellWalt on Twitter.
