A TEENAGER has been arrested after a woman was robbed, and another threatened, in an alleyway in Southampton.
Police say one victim was walking through the alleyway when she was approached by a man who allegedly threatened her with a weapon and demanded money.
She handed him her handbag and he ran off.
Police say the incident took place alleyway between Carisbrooke Drive and Brownlow Avenue, in Bitterne, between 12pm and 12.05pm on November 21.
Officers say a second incident took place between 10am and 10.20am on November 25.
Another woman was walking through the same alleyway and was approached by a man who allegedly threatened her with a weapon and demanded money.
The woman refused to hand anything over and the man ran off.
Police say neither of the women were injured.
Officers released CCTV and an E-fit following the two incidents.
Now police say they have arrested a 14-year-old boy as part of the investigation.
He remained in custody as of last night.
