Two people have been arrested following the murder James Amadu.

Mr Amadu, 26 was fatally stabbed in Blossom Lane, Lavender Hill, Enfield on Thursday, October 31.

An 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

They were both arrested on Friday, November 1 and will be quizzed by specialist crime detectives at north London police stations.

Met Police say Mr Amadu arrived at a north London hospital suffering from a stab wound on Thursday afternoon.

He died in hospital at 2.21pm.

A Met Police spokesperson said: “A post-mortem examination concluded at Haringey mortuary on Friday, 1 November and gave the cause of death as a stab wound.

“The victim’s next of kin have been informed.

“Officers from North Area Command Unit investigate. Detectives from Specialist Crime are leading the investigation.

“Road closures are in place in Lavender Hill near the crime scene. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.”
