A man believed to have fallen from a seventh floor balcony has been rushed to hospital.
Police were called to Gainsborough House, Enfield, at 7:24am following a report from a member of the public concerned for the man’s safety.
The victim, a man in his 30s, was taken to an east London hospital after police and an air ambulance arrived. His injuries are not being treated as life threatening or life-changing.
A police spokesperson said: “Police were called at 7:24hrs on Friday, 30 August to Gainsborough House Enfield following a report from a member of public regarding their concern for a man’s safety.
“A man in his 30’s is believed to have fallen from a seventh floor balcony.
“Police and Air Ambulance attended the address and took the man to an east London hospital.
“His injuries are not being treated as life-threatening nor life-changing.
“No arrests have been made.
“Enquiries are ongoing to understand the circumstances.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson added: "We were called at 7:25am today (30 August) to reports of an incident at Gainsborough House in Enfield.
"We sent an ambulance crew, a medic in a car and an incident response officer to the scene. We also dispatched London's Air Ambulance.
"We treated a man at the scene and took him to a major trauma centre by road."
