Police are looking into an incident after a man was found with a stab injury.
Officers were in the Broadwater Farm Estate area in Tottenham providing a "low key presence" at a pre-organised event, Met Police said.
At around 11.20pm last night (Wednesday, July 24), officers came across a man, aged in his 20s, suffering a stab injury. He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening or life-changing injuries.
Shortly afterwards, at about 11.50pm, a bang was heard by an officer.
Officers searched the area but could not find anything to suggest there was a firearm discharge.
There were no reports of any injuries in relation to a shooting.
No arrests have been made in relation to the stabbing. Police are continuing enquiries.
