A footballer has raised £2000 for charity by running in the London marathon.
Coby Rowe from the Haringey football club are in the playoffs, with their next important match against Tonbridge this Thursday at Coles Park.
However, he took time out of his training to run the marathon, competing for the charity Juvenile Diabetes Research.
He raised over £2,000 for the children’s charity and completed the marathon in 4 hours 30 minutes.
