More than 100 people gathered for a night of comedy to support a children’s hospice.
A collection of comedians supporting Haven House Children’s Hospice raised over £9,000 at the Southgate Club in Enfield, on September 21.
The event was sponsored by BNI Alliance, a business network organisation.
Over 100 guests saw comedians Prince Abdi, Jimmy James Jones and Esther Monito. The event was hosted by Troy Hawke.
People enjoyed dinner and drinks and an auction which raised £1,000 for the hospice. There was also a DJ and dancing.
Nathan Ramsden, north London fundraising executive at Haven House, said: “We are very grateful to BNI Alliance for hosting such a brilliant comedy night and for all the amazing acts who took part.
“The night raised a fantastic amount for our hospice and will help us care for more life-limited children and their families.
“BNI Alliance have been wonderful supporters of Haven House since 2016 and we hope more groups and businesses in North London will follow their lead and get involved with our work.”
