Special constable issued with final warning after travelling by train without ticket
A volunteer police officer has been given a final warning after travelling by train without a valid ticket.
Special Constable Larry Crawford, attached to Enfield borough, travelled from Waterloo to Epsom on June 19 and 20 2017 using his warrant card.
He faced a gross misconduct hearing on Thursday, March 22 for allegedly breaching the standards of professional behaviour. The allegations were proven and he was issued with a written warning.
