Haringey Adult Community Mental Health Services has relocated to St Ann’s Hospital.
The move took place in the week beginning Monday 22 January.
All service users have been informed.
Meanwhile, the Haringey Assessment Service (formerly Haringey Triage), the East and West Community Support and Recovery Teams and the Complex Care Team will merge into four Locality Teams: Central, West, North East and South East.
The Locality Teams will provide a triage service for non-urgent and routine referrals. It will also provide specialist mental health treatment.
Meanwhile, the Early Intervention Service, the Community Rehab Team and Wellbeing Clinic will move to St. Ann’s Hospital but continue working in their existing teams.
Contact details for the Adult Community Mental Health Services will also change.
