A cool morning will give way to sunshine and temperatures as high as 21 degrees in the early afternoon, although there is a slight chance of some rain later on in Wanstead, Woodford and Waltham Forest.
Tube
7.12am: There are minor delays on the Metropolitan Line between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Amersham/Chesham becasue of a signal failure at Rickmansworth. Good service on all other lines.
Travel
7.15am: According to TfL there are no exceptional delays or incidents effecting the roads this morning.
