A fire ripped through two floors of a derelict building near a main road for two hours last night.
Crews from Edmonton, Southgate and Tottenham were called out to the blaze on North Circular Road, in Southgate, just after 1.30am on Friday and got the fire under control at about 3.35am.
The ground and first floor of the property, which is undergoing demolition work, were severely damaged, but no injuries were reported from the site.
An investigation into the cause of the fire has been opened.
