In replacing area forums with ward forums, as has been discussed in these pages, Chase ward councillors have decided to hold four public ward meetings a year.
The purpose is to improve communication between residents and their ward councillors, to help them to be more responsive to residents’ concerns, and to hear from organisations such as the Neighbourhood Police about their priorities in the ward.
The first of the Chase Ward Forums will be held on September 17 at the Four Hills Community Hall, Cedar Road (off Brigadier Hill), EN2 0TN, from 7pm for a 7.30pm start. If you are a Chase ward resident then please feel free to attend.
To make the meetings accessible to as many residents as possible we will hold further meetings near Worcesters, Capel Manor, Forty Hall, and Crews Hill.
