As pupils count down the days until the holidays, Three Rivers has a summer of fun planned to keep the kids entertained.

Outdoor activities include the Play Ranger sessions for five to 16-year-olds, which includes den building and woodland crafts.

For older children the annual three-day Skate Jam at Croxley Skate Park starts on Monday, August 1 and will host activities including skateboard art and tie dye workshops.

The district's two new parkour areas will also be open for everyone to take advantage of the bespoke space designed for free running.

Under 19s will be able to swim and use the gym for free at selected venues in Three Rivers, including the pool at Rickmansworth School between July 24 and August 29.

A total of 20 public tennis courts will also be open across the district, with coaching available on selected days in South Oxhey and Rickmansworth.
