Members of Enfield Council’s Youth Parliament will put across their views for the forthcoming budget.
The members of the parliament, which was formed in October 2013, will debate the council’s budget with deputy council leader Councillor Anchilleas Georgiou, Cllr Andrew Stafford and Cllr Ayfer Orhan on Wednesday.
Cllr Georgiou, said: “We are delighted that our Youth Parliament is interested in the budget for next year. Budget setting is an annual process and this meeting gives the Youth Parliament an opportunity to represent the views of Enfield’s young people influencing some of the decisions we will be taking.”
