A handsome classic red-brick bay-fronted Edwardian house providing 1209 sq ft of internal living accommodation and secluded 48ft south facing rear garden. Whilst this home has a fantastic lay out as is, there is scope for extending the property into the loft and a possible ground floor side return (subject to building regulations and planning consent).

Located in close proximity of some great primary and secondary schools with good-outstanding Ofsted ratings, the house will appeal to any couple or young family looking to settle their roots in this lovely North London neighbourhood.

Woodside Road is a quiet tree-lined street, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Wood Green which is a short distance away. Also nearby is Alexandra Palace Farmers Market open every Sunday and Bowes Park, a lovely enclave with independent stores, restaurants and amenities.

Nearest transport links are at either Wood Green Underground Station, Bounds Green Underground Station and Bowes Park or Alexandra Park Overground Stations.

The owners thoughts -

This house has been a labour of love for us to restore it to its original Edwardian finish. What began as a restoration project to live in a dream period property with quick access to central London soon became a loving home as we raised our children here who went first to the modern nursery nearby and then the amazing local school a few roads to the north.

The terrace is perfectly placed on the street to be enclosed, south facing by tall pine trees of a small nature reserve and a community garden centre which in the summer feels like living in the country as we are not overlooked by other houses. Yet we are still able to see the London skyline in the distance which makes for excellent firework displays!

To the south and west we have parks which have been great for the kids to play on their bikes and where we've met friends in the summer for picnics. We're extremely proud of the house and hope it goes to a family who can experience what we have throughout the seasons. We'd hoped to stay here during the construction of Crossrail 2 which could see Wood Green town centre transformed, however, we are sadly looking to move out of London.
