I use the route W6 on my way to school every day and the overcrowding during morning and evening rush-hour is terrible. I have been late because of the bus driving straight past me and I have seen others in the same position as well.

If you use this bus route, I urge you to write to Transport for London and Firstgroup to enforce the use of double deckers or bendy buses.
