Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly set to offer Kieran Trippier a new five-year-contract.
According to national reports, Spurs are to offer the right-back a new and improved deal, as concerns continue to rise over the future of Kyle Walker, who has been heavily linked with a move to Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
Trippier moved to the North London club from Burnley in June 2015 and has three years left to run on his existing contract.
But with Walker’s future looking increasingly uncertain, Trippier is set to be offered a new deal and he could go into the Premier League season as Mauricio Pochettino’s first choice right back, according to reports.
The former Burnley and Manchester City man made his England debut recently against France and made 22 appearances in all competitions for Spurs last season.
