Holland and England internationals injured in Tottenham Hotspur's draw with LA Galaxy

Rafa van der Vaart and Kyle Walker both sustained injuries as Tottenham Hotspur were held to a 1-1 draw against LA Galaxy.
Gareth Bale put Spurs in front after 17 minutes when he headed home Gylfi Sigurdsson's cross at the Home Depot Center.
The MLS champions equalised around the half hour mark though when Hector Jimenez crossed for David Junior Lopes to slide home from close range.
Van der Vaart was forced off soon after and Walker also went off injured in the second half.
