Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Nabil Bentaleb has been linked with a potential move to Napoli by Italian football journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.
Di Marzio has claimed that the Serie A side have spoken to Spurs about a potential move for Bentaleb, who made just 11 appearances for Mauricio Pochettino’s men last season.
Bentaleb, also an Algerian international, came through Tottenham’s academy and has made 66 appearances for the North London side since making his debut against Southampton in December 2013.
However, with Spurs seemingly interested in brining Southampton’s Victor Wanyama to White Hart Lane, the future of Bentaleb could be in doubt and Di Marzio is claiming that Napoli have asked for more information about a potential deal for the midfielder.
